Hi,
I have a pie chart that is looking at waiting times. So, simply, bandings of 0-4, 4-8, 8-12, 12+. Colours are set but i would like the 12+ banding section to be green when it's less than 10% of all waiting times and red when more than 10%, how?
I agree that pie charts are rubbish but this is not for one of my reports
I'm looking for the colour to change. So if, the number of over 12 weeks is more than 10% of the total waits it needs to be red, under 10% then green
Check attached hopes this helps
Adam, anymore thoughts on this?

di9d you get a chance to look at waiting times(2) .qvw from Thomas. From what I saw, it looks like it will do what you want - the color is in the expression of the background color
take a look and let me know
I did look at it but it didn't seem to work, I'll have a play and get it working I'm sure, thanks
What wasn't working with it?
my understanding was that you wanted specific colors for each slide and whn you clicked on the slice, the pie would be the color that was selected - from my testing, that is what it was doing
if the requirements are different, please let us know
Well ideally it needs to be a sum so it dynamically changes. The colours can be standard for the segments, apart from the over 13 which needs to be red is the number of patients waiting over 13 weeks is more than 10% of all patients and green is under 10%, make sense?
