Pie Chart

Hi Community,

i have a pie chart, no Dimension, and 3 expressions.

when i enable "Value on data points" for all 3 expressions, chart shows me values only for first expressions,

how to show for all 3 expressions,

But when i add 1 dimension , than chart show me value on data points for all expressions...

but i don't want to add dimension...

any help,

Can you provide little sample data?

You can use something like attached..

Not quite sure... but the objective of PIE Chart is to show relation between a primary dimension to expression... so you need to have at least one dimension.....

If you want to show only values, try using Bar Chart instead of Pie chart.. it will work without dimension...

you are very Right Using Bar Chart we can see all three expression values  but pie chart we cannot its a chart

based limitation

Thanks for your input,

The issue is, I Have around 200 Documents Developed in Qlikview 10 SR5, and each document have 4 or 5 Pie Charts, without dimension. and All pie charts showing value on data points correctly in Qlikview 10 SR5.

But Now we updated Qlikview 10 SR5 to Qlikview 11.20 SR5, and in Qlikview 11 .20 SR5 , we are facing this problem,

the pie charts showing value only for first expression,

i can not change in around 200 documents...

In this case, I suggest you to write to admin, may be possibility of any bugs...

Hi,

I tried a lot but it seems a version Issue , however there is a work around to any display

value at bar pie's by adding Text in chart   presentation ADD text in chart then pressing

ctrl+ shift bringing the text to there respective pie but only good for 2, 3 pie chart or if there

is no solution exist to problem but in your case I can understand it will be tough doing for 200 Docs.

I do beleve some one will come out will Master solution
