Hi ,
I attached the file where it has one pie chart , I want to know how it works in terms of representing values.
could you please elaborate? What is the question here?
Generally speaking, pie charts are very poor visualizations.
This is a prime example of when *not* to use a pie chart. Too many values with very small increments.
Hi Deepak,
Ideally Pie charts should be used when you have only one dimension and expression , if you have multiple dimension and multiple expression i.e analysis pie chart is not the option . Use line or bar charts
Hi,
I'm not sure abut that. But you can find right meaning of your data if you apply Fast change type to the pi chart with Stright table.
My questions is the maximum values is something around 149 but you can see the bigger size pie not showing that and showing something else value
Hi,
May be It is associating your expression values with all the dimensions which you are generating through valueloop().
actually this is generated for experimental purpose but in my actual scenario it happen to me. so it is disregard to dimension and expression
I would very much discourage any data with 2000 values being plotted on a pie chart. Your random data is generating something that holds no value in terms of analysis.
If you have 2000 points of real data, what would be your first thoughts as to presentation and analysis?
Yeah , I agree. It won't the exact analysis but i wanted to suspect it .
