Pivot Grid - Moving Dimension to Vertical Axis

Hi! I don't know why but it isn't working.

I move dimensions to vertical axis but it doesn't work (but in the same App but different pivot grid it is working)

I attach 2 videos file to show what is happening. One working and the other one not.

Check that the option Allow Pivoting on the Presentation tab of the properties window of the pivot table is enabled.

Hi! Thanks but It is checked. If not, you can´t move the dimension like i show in the video.

Ok, no idea then. Perhaps it'll work if you recreate the pivot table. If not, please post a small qlikview document with the problem pivot table.

I found the problem. This was happening because the pivot grid had dimensions than doesn't exist any more.
