Pivot : Sub Total Color change

Hi Experts - quick question...

I have a pivot and i need the sub total for each expression to be in different color shade.. May i know how to get that ?

Hi,

The Custom format color you can apply entire total /sub total row (refer to previous screen shot /attachment) for sample.

Note: total/sub total - multi color background only not working in grid mode

Sorry not in Measure expression

Go to Appearance-> colours-> and select BY EXPRESSION and use the expression

What if we have more than 12 / 20 dims and expressions. do we need to set up same for all. Looking from cleveranjos‌ to get into work in simple manner. And rek is make sense

Hi - One more issue i am facing.. If my initial value is Null or No value... i dont see the color for that.. How to overcome that ?

presentation -> uncheck supress zero value ??
