Pivot Table - Expansion Icon

Hi Folks

This one is really doing my head in, on the face of it a very simple thing to do, but I cannot figure out what I'm missing, the attached picture shows the expansion symbols in a pivot table and these work fine. I am struggling to get these to work in a new pivot table I'm creating.

Any ideas what I'm missing here?

I'm using Version 8.50.6299.5 and I have a horrible feeling that this might be a version issue.

Hello Shideh Thanks for repsonding, I'm assuming that the order of properties in English is the same, and if so, this means "Always Fully Expanded" and I switch that on I don't get any symbols. I am thinking it must be a combination of this and other settings somewhere.

you must on the + Bouttom mit right mouse (see attached).
