Pivot Table: Sorting 3rd and 4th dimensions will not sort descending by Sales

When using Pivot Tables, I'm having issues getting my "Third and Fourth dimension" to "Sort by Sales Dollars Descending",

when my First Two dimensions are Ascending by their respective field and "Not" sorted by sales

Or

I run into the same issue when i have "Four dimensions" and want them "All" to be sorted Descending by Sales.

I have attached 1 file with 2 Pivot Tables that duplicate the concept pretty good.

Dimensions are

Geography (Canada, East U.S., West U.S. and Intercompany)

Brand (Blue,Brown)

Region (140,150,200,350,340,360,370,380)

Part Group (Knobs,Doors,Handles)

You can see from my file that neither Region or Part Group sort Descending but in both pivot tables the First two dimensions sort fine.
