Pivot Table works. Straight Table does not

Is there any conceivable reason why I would show data values in my pivot table, but if I copy and paste as a new object and turn it into a straight table, i get all zeros.

I am probablly doing something very stupid?

Hi,

     Can you try using General ->"fast type change" in pivot table as straight table and see the result..I don't know how u get zero value. If so, can you post that sample file.

We created the object from scratch and no issue.  Not sure what the problem was.  Thanks for the assist....
