Pivot Tables displayed in Qlik Access Point

I have a pivot table I am displaying thru a Qlik Access point and if I have the table expanded and do a data refresh or do anything with  the chart after a refresh, the entire table collapses. This does not happen on te desktop version, it just happens on the Access Point.

What do I have to do as to keep the chart's dimension expansions thru a data refresh when viewing thru the QlikView Access Point?

maybe using the "always fully expanded" option in the presentation tab of the chart properties could be a solution:
