Pivot in different way (waterfal)

Hi guys,

I need some help. i have a requirement like a waterfall. bit confused .

From your data it is hard to see where the numbers above the gray shaded ones on the diagonal would come from... Are they calculated based on the numbers on the diagonal or are they simply missing in your Excel Sheet? Could you please give us a bit more information about how you want to derive the extra data?
