Pivot table subtotal coloumn removal

Hi Guys

How should I remove subtotals row without affecting other calculations .

Please let me help for the same expecting quick reply from anybody .

Hello,

If you are using a straight table, then go to the chart properties, Expressions tab, click on the expression you want to remove subtotal, and select "Total Mode", "No totals". If you are using a pivot table, then uncheck the "Show partial sums" in the "Presentation" tab.

but I want to remove that coloumn still its displaying that coloumn

Whenever I'll change that presentation -subtotals on top or bottam I'm getting changed those values there position but I'm not getting removed that perticular row ......

I'm afraid I'm missing something. First, what chart are you using? Second, what column do you want to remove? It's a calculated column? In this case remove/disable the expression.

Actually now I.m sending screenshot of perticular pivot table .I want to remove that perticular marked row from table I had tried your suggestions but it doen't allow me to do remove that coloumn actually this is calculated field .Hope you'll reply quickly

hi,

that's not subtotal,

you can try this:

go to your table, properties -> Dimension->support Month

and then setting for Selected dimension check 'Suppress when value is null'

That option I tried but calculations get affected .

Please reffer attached excel sheet for problem and various approaches I had tried
