Pivot table with multiple metrics and YTD, PTD functionality
Hi,
I am developing a pivot table with three dimensions: subject, month, category. For each month, category consists of 3 metrics.
Now I want to add two columns next to december with Period to Date and Year to Date, where PTD displays the values of the last period shown and YTD shows the YTD based on the selected month.
The difficulty is that I can only add one partial sum as a column to the right and the partial sum of month does not make sense, since it is summing all 3 metrics together. The alternative of 38 expressions is not favourable as you can imagine.
