Place maker of combo chart on the top of bar chart

wondering if there a way to move those makers (as secondary axis) on the top of bars (the first axis) ?

those makers are price so they are way much smaller than bar which shows the sales. so I have to put them on second axis. but since the represent the same timeframe, I want to show them on the top of bar so that it tells people that price goes with the same time of that bar. 

any tips?

Not a direct answer - but I think a line on the second axis would be more suitable ...
