Placing circle in chart

I need to place small solid circle in pivot chart/Straight table with different color in each row as below

Country    Sales    Status

China        12M       O

UK            34M       O

USA          29M       O

In above case is Sales <25 than Red solid circle, between 25 & 50 than Orange,  above 50 Green solid circle

I appreciate your help
