Plot area disabled in frame background

hii,

     i am using qlikview personal edition i can select colour of background under frame  but i am not able to access Plot area colour?

what may be the problem?

This setting is only available for axis charts (Bar/Line/Combo/Grid/Scatter) and is furthermore disabled for those types when "Plot Area Background Style" is set to minimal (on style page).

Hi,

   Go to properties of chart -> style Tab -> select plot area background style as frame. -> go to color tab.

   You will find that Plot area is enabled now.
