Plugin in Win 8.1 IE 11 resolution issue

Hi All,

One of my users has a Plugin display problem,

he seeing very big Fonts,

he has a Win 8.1 And IE 11 versions.

see the attached in the upper left side in the blue button "Clear selections"

Also he needs to scroll a lot,

all other users are using Win 7 IE 11 and it is fine.

the QV Version is 11.20 SR7.
