Policy Year calendar creation

Hi there,

    i wand create policy year calendar, like i have data like below

P_No	S_Date	E_Date
1	8/24/2013	8/23/2013
2	8/26/2013	8/25/2013
3	7/2/2013	7/1/2013

from that i need to make M1, M2 ,....M12,

My M1 should contain S_Date+30 days same as follows up to M12

is there any way to achieve that
