Populate date field

Hi

I want to populate a datefield (connected to objects) with dates from each month, from the date the object first occur in the datefield until the objects stopdate, other field. (monthend, I don´t need every single date).

If the stopdate is null the object is Active and the datefield should be populated until YearEnd(Today()).

How can this be achived?
