This is a follow on from a previous post of mine which was closed as the solution provided solved the problem.
I have now been asked to add a different pivot table to my report and have hit a snag...
Detail is in the attached Excel file - appreciate that this may not be the normal convention but found this the easiest way to detail the issue...
Any help greatly appreciated...

Have found a workaround for now...
Have created a copy of the original table.
On the original table - I have set the tables units field to // with the layout layer tp -99.
On the cloned table, I have set the tables layout layer to + 99 with the Show | Conditional to..
((len (trim (only (if(varQtyShow <> 'No' AND pro_QtyDisplay <> 'NONE', pro_QtyDisplay)))) > 0))
Probably a better way of doing this but at least this keeps the user happy for now...
