I'm trying to link 2 different tables with information in different format.
In one side, I have volumes delivered month and in another side I have a quarterly prices to link.
For me it is not clear how to link the 2 periods. I would like to know if somebody have a good solution for it.
Please see below:
Volumes table:

Price table:

and the desirable result are the following:

I have really appreciate if somebody help me... the problem is how to link between 2 periods with different ranges.
