Print PDF Macro fails on ActiveDocument.PrintDocReport

I have created a macro to print to pdf using PDFCreator but it fails on ActiveDocument.PrintDocReport ReportID, "PDFCreator"  with an unknown error, has anyone any experience with this?

has anybody got any pointers on this? it's had me stuck for nearly two days now
