Hi,
I am using QV 11.20 SR1 , I have made a report using Report wizard and made a button to print that report.
Previously that was working fine on the access point but suddenly now the button to print report is not working on access point.
Anyone knows why it is happening ?

Could you check the plug-in you are using to view.
Likely that the IE Plug-in will support and AJAX Plug-in will not.

In the QMC it is mentioned in the access point settings to Full browser and small device version and I have also downloaded IE plugin but still print report is not working , Is there any other way to view the reports made in Report Wizard ?
You must get an IE Plug-in option at the access point. The Plug-in would be installed in your client PC.

QMC > Documents > Source Documents (select the document) > Server > Availability > enable Print & Export to Excel option
yes got the option to download IEplugin at the access point , I have installed that plugin but still the problem persist.

This option is already enabled but still there is some issue.
Does it something related to publisher license as we don't have it , if yes then what would be the other way to show the reports to the end user .

G Wassenaar Kaushik Solanki please help as the report which I have made in report wizard is not opening through print report button , I believe it is the issue of any internet security settings which has changed as previously the report was opening but suddenly it is not opening.
When I click the print report button in access point then it keep on thinking but doesn't able to open a pop up window for it .
I am using the full browser option in the access point settings.
