Print Reports with IE plugin

Hi all,

I have a button on my QlikView application that has an action to print a report (RP01).  Using the IE plugin through AccessPoint, the report button works for all users, except for one.  When the button is clicked on the one user's local machine, the hourglass cursor appears for about 5 seconds, but nothing happens after that.  I assume there has to be some sort of pop-up blocker that is preventing the report from appearing, but when I checked the IE settings on the user's machine, everything is set to the defaults with new pop-ups set to appear in a separate tab.  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

The user's machine has Windows 7 installed, with Internet Explorer 8.

QlikView 11 is being used.

Hi, Sean

Instead of the button, can the user access the report using a regular toolbar?

Can he use it using ajax?

Does you button send the report directly to an specific printer? Does the user have this printer?

Hope this helps,

Erich
