Print Sheet option disabled

Hello,

I am using Qlikview 10 version.

But the File-> Print Sheet menu is disabled. Check the attached image.

Till yesterday it was working fine, but since today morning it is disabled.

Does anyone know what might be reason that it is disabled and how to make it enabled?

Found the issue.

Print spooler service was stopped, so it was not showing the option.

Started the service and its working fine now.
