Printing disabled

Hello,

I encounter the following problem: when I run a report from QlikView, the application crashes and kills the print spooler also ! So I can not print any report.

The worst is that even restarting my computer, the spooler does not restart ...

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Cathy,

at least you need to upgrade from IR which is Initial  release  to SR

I am using Qlikview 11.00.111154.0 IR 64-bit Edition (x64) version.

Hi,

I think you have to reinstall PDF exchange

This is very old version. Check if you can upgrade to latest version.
