Prob in hierarchy

Hello,

I have attached an application.

In the chart shown in it,  I have selected an EMployeeName and wanted to show all the managers down the line.

But in my case, only manager of selected Employee Name is being shown.

I want output as If i select Nikhil as EMployeeName,

EmployeeIdd   Manager

Ajay                  -

Dipanshu          Ajay

Pradeep           Dipanshu

Shashank         Pradeep

Nikhil                Shashank

But in my case, Manager is being shown of selected EmployeeName only bcoz Manager is associated with EmployeeIdd

by EmployeeName .

Can anyone help me in this?
