Problem in hiding chart conditionally

Hi All,

I have a strange problem in displaying a chart conditionally. I have made the chart display as conditional and entered the condition. When the condition is satisfied the chart is displayed.

When the condition is not satisfied, the object showmode (from sheet properties) is 'Conditional: Hidden'. Though the chart status is hidden, it is visible in the sheet.

I have done this many times in he past tbut, this is not working now. I am currently using QV 9 SR6.

Can someone help if I am missing anything?

Maybe the setting "all sheets and objects visible" is checked.

Yes, it is the same object and I have unchecked "all sheets and objects visible" option
