I just installed QV10 the last week and it worked perfectly. I could connect with the QV server in our intranet with no problem, but today when i launch QV10 it doesn´t work. The process appear in the Task Manager but seems inactive. It doesnt even work if i open a QV docmuent directly. I hace tried reinstalling the program and rebooting the PC but it´s still not working. I haven´t seen anything similar here in the community. Can anibody tell me how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

Try uninstalling QV10 with this: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/es-es
Then try with the latest version of QV Desktop (11.20 SR5)

Out of pure curiousness - why did you install v10 instead of ex. v11.20?
i have tried it but it doesnt work, also i need to install QV10 instead of QV11 because this is the version of the license that we have for QV server.
I have noted that if i launch several executions of QV10 sometimes some of them work correctly and let me work on them. Its not a good solution but is better than nothing.
Because i have to work together with QV server and the license that i have for it is for that version
Finally the problem solved by itself. Today the program just works perfectly.
