Problem to connect to QlikView Server AccesPoint via Destop QV

Hello

I installed QLICKVIEW Server in a Windows Server 2012 environment

I copied the .qvw file to the identified directory

On my PC Windows 10, 64-bit workstation, I installed Desktop QlikView version 12.20

I set the QV path for QlikView Server AccessPoint and try to always connect to QV

A window opens and asks for my account and password

I start to enter these informations, when another window opens and tells me that the server is busy.

I can not do anything except to kill the task QV

It must indicate that when I connect via a browser (Firefox), it works without problems
