I have a problem: when i try to give license to a user that exists in the active directory but no appear in the list, instead of when i put manualy in the box below appears ok and give license
what could be?
some configuration in the active directory that not allowed to list the user?
I'm not an expert to this topic but I think it's related to your rights to read the active directory or to some configurations from them - similar to the windows file system where normal users don't see folders like C:\Users\USER\AppData directly but they could read and write in them.
