Problem with QlikView Services

Hello All,

Firstly wishing everyone a happy new year!!

So, i have an reload task which runs twice everyday for about ~35mins(earlier it took ~25mins) each time. And strangely Qlikview services(DSC & QMS) go down once this job starts executing.

I'm not sure if it's because these services go down the job takes so long or vice-versa. But, this problem is haunting me for many days and something which needs to fixed ASAP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the event log when the services are going down.

Try to change the timings of the Task. If the services fail in new time as well then the issue is with the Task.

Take a look on the RAM consumption when this task runs - if your system hasn't enough RAM available various service (and not only the qlikview services) could go down.
