I did a fresh installation of QlikView server and my license update is also successful. After which i was trying to understand user roles and credentials, but all of a sudden i got a message QlikView server is down. I checked in services.msc all QlikView services are running fine. I restarted them and also restarted the machine, but it was not fruitful. I am attaching the screen shot with this. Please help me in this case, i need to deploy the documents over the server.
any chance your old server is still running within the same network?
That could be a probable cause of this. If your old server was still up and running within the same network, it would not allow your new QVS to run properly.
