I am new to qlikview hence not quite sure if I am doing it all right.
We have a report which is hosted on the server and the data refresh is done through scheduled tasks. Tasks run without fail. But the data don't refresh on the report and keeps showing old data which is about 2-3 days old. Initially I thought it is some problem with the publishing of the report following the sequential data refresh in Extract, then main dashboard and finally the concerned report. But on looking into the Publish folder I found that although the file is updating with timestamp changing but data is old. Then I looked into the source folder. Copied over all the artefacts required for this report to a different location and tested on it. I found, on reloading the Report on developer environment the data refresh fine from the extract and binary dashboard. Then I save it, all is good. Then if i close it and reopen it again the data is back to previous state.
I am not sure where to look at to find the solution.
Any pointer would be really helpful.
