Problem with export to XL

Hi guys i'm new on here so go easy

I have tried to export to excel and this feature seems to be activated both in the Graph properties and documents properties.

Although the XL logo shows in the report in Qlikview v11 developer side, when published on the access point there is no sign of it being there.

Can someone help me and advise if i'm missing something.

Have enabled "Print & Export to Excel" for the document in Publisher ?

In QMC :

• Documents
• User Documents
• Select your document
• Server
• Availability

And you find the options.

The document reload task will need running before it comes into effect.

Haha, That simple! That's why i love Qlikview.

Thanks Bill exactly what i needed was on Named users just changed to all users and worked.
