Problem with pivot table

Hi

i am facing a weird problem while showing 2 months data in pivot table. pls check attached report for the same. I need to use SUM(HEADCOUNT) for expression formulae. if i show month,employee wise data in excel, total headcount is 4 [2 for each month]. But qlikview says 8.

Pls help me out. this is highly urgent

Hi,

for some reason every month in your ZCOPMONTH field is known four times by QlikView.

Sum(Distinct HEADCOUNT) is the right expression for a quick solution. Using a straight table will give you the right numbers.

Next step should be to find out why you have every month four times in your table.
