Problem with send to Excel option in Access point

HI Everyone

We have an application which is currenlty up and running good.

Only problem user facing is When user is trying use send to excel option it is opening in a new tab instead of prompting for the location to save the file.

is there any solution to make it save the excel file in user's computer?..

You need to write a Macro code to achieve this ...Qlikview by default will export it to a download location
