Problem with webview mode in Qlikview V12

Hello, I have downloaded the last version novembre Qlikview V12. And i find that the button webview mode can't work any more (it works well in Qlikview V11.20 SR12). Like this:

It's always blanc..... I am confused about that...Any advice? Rly thanks!!

I am using version: 12.10.20400.0 SR6 and I don't see any issue...

I found November 2017 SR1 had the same problem. So I go back to V12.10 SR8 and it's OK!
