"i have qlikview server 11 and 12 version of desktop"

To start, QlikView server 11 is not supported and we would strongly encourage you to plan an upgrade.

If you are making QVP connections from your QV Desktop 12. x to a QV 11.x server, this could be part of the issue as both QV desktop and server should be the same version.

Further, it might be resolved by standardizing on the same QlikView version platform by way of upgrading to a supported QV platform:

Lastly, you can try switching to 100 percent desktop resolution/scaling to see if changing the operating systems resolution settings helps. (reboot after changing these scaling settings. Also change desktop os scaling settings for all monitors as well if you have multi-monitors).

If you continue to experience the issue with your 3rd party extension, it maybe something you need to consult the extension developer about.

Kind regards...
