Problems sending Excel Office 2007

Do I need help? I have a problem with the Access Point of a user who has Excel 2007 "wants to export through the basic options of icons Simple Object Table or a Pivot, resulting in the null action requested, and will not let me see user preferences to check your export settings.

I open with the same user access to another computer with excel 2003 and I export without problems. Can someone help me with this issue. So many people ask me, it is error or error QlikView user's PC or finally, the office that handles.

If you log onto the user's pc does the problem still exist?

if yes,I suggest doing an office repair on the user's pc.

if no, I suggest rebuilding the user's windows profile.
