Problems to filter date when connecting to an ODBC

Hi all,

I have an issue when I want to connect to an ODBC source and only extract the info for a request period of time. For example

and the result is:

I tried with "01/01/2019", '01/01/2019' but the same result.

Does any idea please what I'm doing wrong?
