Problems with PDF Report Distributor license

Hello all,

I have a client who have added the license for Report Distribution but we still have the folowing error:

The publisher license works well. Do you know if we have to active anything else?

Or where can I see if the client has inserted correctly the license?

In order to use PDF distribution, your publisher's license has to have the pdf distribution license too.

If you go to the server's license, can you see if they have it?

I can only see the following:

Should I see something like "PDF Distributor" here?

If I click on "Qlikview Publisher" I don't see anything related to PDF Distributor in details.

Check your licence in the QMC

The LEF Details for your Publisher Licence will show if the PDF Generator is licenced.

Hi,

You'll need to look at your publisher licence LEF file contents (easiest way is to look within licence tab on QMC), this will need to include the line

PDF_GENERATION;YES;;
