Problems with Qlikview when trying to create bookmarks

Hi

I have a problem with my Qlikview application when I try to create new bookmarks.

When I select my fields and try to create a new bookmark, Qlikview jumps out of itself and I find myself staring at another open application. When I go back to to Qlikview I cannot select anything in the Qlikview application. This applies to clicking on the File menu. When I open task manager I see that Qlikview is running and responding but when I try to go into Qlikview the screen is frozen on my app and I have to end the process for the application and start a new Qlikview session.

Does anyone have any ideas into why Qlikview behaves like this?

I am on Qlikview 10, Service Release 1 and my suspicions are that I may need to upgrade either to the newest service release or to Qlikview 11.

Hi rajeshk1979,

This is a known issue of the Qlikview 10 SR1 and you can find it also when creating or modifying Groups of fields, I recommend you to download the latest version SR4.
