Hello, I'm standing right in front of a small challenge but i have no idea to solve the problem.
We will send a PDF report for specific criteria to specific User.
Since the data unfortunately does not Reduce the bookmarks function (BUG?)
We have the data realized by the restrictions on field level.
Suppose I have selected my data and limited.
Until now, data is found on certain filtering criteria does the report, it should be but once, that the filters are no match, it will somehow sends all data, or error message.
example: It can be taken the following restrictions:
Department: Marketing
Status: P
The report is sent daily to the Marketing Department.
Yesterday Departmentget a report with 10 records and the status of P.
Today, the marketing department got a report with 56 records.
This includes not using P, but all the others.
Why this is so. It should not be, if the filter does not hit dasss suddenly finds all statuses are sent. Is this a known BUG, or do I actually enter deeper and I read about detours until the number of records found and then retrieve it. I had actually expected a blank report, because that then means for the marketing that no activity is necessary.
P.S
When i open the applikation an take the same selection i do in the publisher i get now records, when i start the task i get an error message.
When i edit the task, my selection whith the STATUS P is gone, because there is no valid data.
First build my report with my Objekts. Then i go to the publisher and take my selektion under reduce/simple Reduce.
Then i can see the possible values.

So i want to sent an report to my department marketing with the status P. But whe i selekt the department marketing, the Status P ist not possible to select, it's not white it is grew.
But the report shall sent automatically every day, and only if the selection is possible sent to the user
