Process GIS Data in Qlikview

Can we load and process GIS Data in Qlikview ? if yes then how ?

If the data in txt or xml files, you can directly load those files. I believe GIS data will be .shp files and we can directly load these files into Qlikview. So you need to 3rd Party tool to convert .shp files into txt files. Then you can load these txt files into Qlikview.
