Publisher Doesn't Display All Tabs

Hi,

We have a new developer with the company and for some reason he can't see all the available options in Publisher. All he sees are the Status and Documents tabs (no User or System). Also, all the tasks don't display correctly under the Status tab.

He's using a laptop running IE11 (just upgraded company wide and it didn't work on IE9 either).

Anyone seen this issue and know how to resolve it?

Thanks for the reminder to check permissions. I thought they were all set, but turns out he was setup as a QlikView Document Administrator but not a QlikView Administrator. We set him up as a QlikView Administrator in the local machine User Groups and he's all set.

Has the proper security protocols implemented. Maybe for security reasons he is not getting all tabs, Do you gave a operation team who handles the Publisher, maybe they have implemented the security protocols
