Publisher on SBE server edition

Hi,

Can I distribute reports to multiple users from server running on Small Business Edition License?

Below link states that we cannot use Publisher on Small Business Edition License

I Agree that link, But, In SBE server we do have publisher also. If you have License, you can apply that license directly. Then you will get a chance to look the Scheduling and Users portal.
