QLikview Accesspoint-Lost Connection issue

Hi Team,

The QlikView Accesspoint is working fine but my Client try to open application on access point it is showing ‘Lost connection to server, reconnecting’.recently we have updated service release from SR 15 to SR 16 on suggestion of QlikTech ,there is any impact of this activity.
