QMC on Qlikveiw Server - If doing any changes getting error

I am getting below error while changes any changes on QMC my server is without publisher.

An unhandled error occurred.

Validation of QDSSettings object failed: QDSGeneral.ClusterInfo must contain at least one item.

Version is 11.20, dont have publisher. We have not updated the sever.

All the data related to QMC is stored in .xml File I.e (QVPR)..

Any back ups of QVPR ??
