QV 11 Slider Object, labels will not display vertically

I opened a qvw developed in QV10 that contained a slider object. The label orientation in the Presentation Tab of the object is set to Vertical, but the lables will only display horizontally. They were vertical in QV10. I created a new qvw with a sample dataset from the Designer II training course. Same issue. This test file is attached. Is this a known bug?
