QV 11 crashes after trying to change the background

Hello!

Just checking if anybody saw/have the same problem:

My QV 11 crashes every time I am trying to change object's default background to an image.

I happens with changing default sheet background, or with Button or Text Field background change.

QV just simply closes without any warning.

I am running QV 11 IR on Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, 8 GB Ram.

Any suggestions?
